the spa pool is freezing cold and no one cared enough to fix it, very inconsiderate for a so-called 5-star hotel. also, the guests were mostly ancient, which made it feel like i slipped into a retirement home—what a vibe! The adults-only atmosphere created a serene environment. I loved the relaxing pool area with very comfortable loungers and superb towel service. Enjoyed the splendid sea view from my room that made mornings truly special.
The location was a bit far from the main attractions.

Amazing ocean views and friendly staff!
We just loved our stay! The ocean view from our room was to die for! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond, like remembering our drink preferences. Oh, and those herbal teas at night were a nice touch!
